The following job profile offers excellent opportunity for the right candidates desirous of building a long term career in a dynamic organization:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name of Post :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Branch Manager<br \/>\n<strong>Vacancies<\/strong> :04<br \/>\n<strong>Location<\/strong> :<br \/>\nGujranwala (AVP-VP)<br \/>\nFaisalabad (OG-1-AVP)<br \/>\nMingora &#8216;Peshawar&#8217; (OG.1-AVP)<br \/>\nSialkot (OG.1-AVP)<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary \/Major Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Responsible to achieve monthly deposit targets\/NTB&#8217;s\/ETBs of the branch with a focus on CASA.<\/li>\n<li>Responsible to bring improvement in customer servicing TATs through prompt handling of complaints\/enquiries.<\/li>\n<li>Ensure branch efficiency by applying efficient processes while improving QA audit category.<\/li>\n<li>Pursue and implement policies &amp; procedures of bank under SBP guidelines and PRs, and ensure good audit category of the branch.<\/li>\n<li>Provide leadership for performance management of branch staff.<\/li>\n<li>Appraise staff periodically based on their potential &amp; performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Qualification:<\/strong> Minimum Bachelor&#8217;s or equivalent degree from an HEC recognized university.<br \/>\n<strong>Age :<\/strong> Upto 55 years as July 07.2023.<br \/>\n<strong>Experience :<\/strong> Minimum 5 years of banking experience.
