The following job profile offers excellent opportunity for the right candidates desirous of building a long term career in a dynamic organization:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name of Post :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Area Manager<\/p>\n<p>Location : Faisalabad<\/p>\n<p>Grade : VP-1\/ SVP-1<\/p>\n<p><strong>Job Summary\/ Major Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achievement of CASA and Total Deposit Targets of area on monthly basis.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of Total Deposit Targets of Areas\/ Account Opening on monthly basis by meeting high net worth individuals and<\/li>\n<li>corporate customers in the Areas and ensure continuous relationship Deeping exercise at area branches with existing customers.<\/li>\n<li>Constant tapping of target market and introduction of the bank to potential customers.<\/li>\n<li>Achievement of all business KPIs as per balanced scorecard.<\/li>\n<li>Follow up with staff of area branches for achievement of individual assigned targets.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Qualification :<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum Bachior&#8217;s Degree from a HEC recognized Local\/ Foreign University.<br \/>\nPreference will be given to Master Degree holders.<br \/>\n<strong>Experience :<\/strong><br \/>\nMinimum 07 years of Banking experience.<br \/>\n<strong>Age Limit :<\/strong><br \/>\nUp to 55 years as July 21,2023.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Important Note :<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
