This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Remedial Asstt Management Group of one of the premier<br \/>\nfinancial institutions.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Name Of Post:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Head<span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">\u00a0Re<\/span><span style=\"font-size: inherit;\">covery <\/span>&amp; Collection<\/p>\n<p><strong>Eligibility Criteria :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or<br \/>\nreputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master&#8217;s degree.<\/li>\n<li>15 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 05 years of relevant experience at<br \/>\nsenior level in Corporate Debt Recovery\/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven<br \/>\ntrack record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Main Duties \/ Responsibilities :<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank&#8217;s financial performance.<\/li>\n<li>Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity in optimal manner.<\/li>\n<li>Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluate\/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>This position reports directly to Group Head Remedial Asset Management.<br \/>\nThis Position is based in Head Office Peshawar and market-based remuneration package will be offered.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Interested and eligible candidates may visit our website at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bok.com.pk\/careers\"><strong>www.bok.com.pk\/careers<\/strong> <\/a>for further details regarding job responsibilities &amp; may apply ONLINE latest by July 08th 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Only shortlisted candidates shall be called for interview.
