Qualification And Experience :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law with at least 2nd division.
- Registered with Pakistan Bar Council.
- Having at least fifteen (15) years post experience in corporate law.
- Understanding of Contract Law and in depth knowledge of drafting legal agreements/ comments.
- Understanding of the Procurement Law of the KPK.
Having license of Peshawar High Court.
