basis. The project is a special emergent need, 2022 post flood reconstruction and resilience building initiative of the Govt of Pakistan, linked to commitment for climate change resilience-promoting initiatives mainly in the province Balochistan and some federal ministries.

M.A/M.Sc (minimum sixteen years of education) in Social Sciences/ Development Studies/ Rural Development/ Project Management or BE/ BSc Engineering.
At least 15 years of post-qualification experience, at least 5 years of which should be development or research sector working in an M&E related position.
Familiarity with various methods of quantitative and qualitative methods of M&E including those of participatory nature.

01 position - Financial Management Specialist (PPS-10)
An accounting degree preferably CA-% years of post-qualification experience or
ACCA/ACMA Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience or
M.Com/ MBA (Finance) 10 years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of fund accounting, financial management large major donor cooperative agreements.
At least 5 years experience managing funds for development projects (World Bank funded projects experience will be preferred.)
Experience of implementing financial control systems at field level.
Experience of working with Finance Department /Division Auditor General of Pakistan Office, Office of Accountant General and Planning Department/ Commission will be preferred.

Master Degree (16 years of education) in Engineering / Economics or Finance or Commerce/ Social Sciences
Minimum 7 years of experience (after acquiring stipulated qualification) in procurement and contract management with least five years of which should related to procurement of Goods, Works and Consulting Services preferably in development sector
