Bank of Khyber is seeking to onboard an exceptionally strong and goal oriented professional as Head Recovery
& Collection. This is an exciting opportunity to work in the Remedial Asstt Management Group of one of the premier
financial institutions.

Eligibility Criteria :
- Minimum education required is Graduation preferably in relevant field from an HEC recognized University or
reputable foreign university. Preference will be given to candidates having Master’s degree. - 15 years of overall banking experience is required with at least 05 years of relevant experience at
senior level in Corporate Debt Recovery/ Collection. Preference will be given to candidates having proven
track record of recovering large and stuck NPL Portfolios.
Main Duties / Responsibilities :
- Achieve assigned recovery targets to contribute to the Bank’s financial performance.
- Developing policies, procedures and guidelines governing collection activity in optimal manner.
- Implementing new strategies and action plans to improve collections and recovery performance.
- Evaluate/ review recovery and collection performance and monitor highly delinquent and aged accounts.
This position reports directly to Group Head Remedial Asset Management.
This Position is based in Head Office Peshawar and market-based remuneration package will be offered.
