- Master in English/ Math’s/ Urdu (Minimum 2nd Division)
- Minimum 7 years relevant experience preferably in a cadet college or residential institution.
- Retired education officer of Army/ Air Force/ Pak Navy who have served in any Army College. PAF College or Pak Navy College can also apply.

Qualification/Descriptions :
- Master Degree in relevant field (Min 2nd Division)
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in a renowned institution preferably in a cadet college.

Personnel Assistant
Scale :
BPS-14/15
Qualification/Descriptions :
- BA/ B.Sc with computer knowledge/ skills, (Higher Education will be preferred). Retired JCO having experience of clerical work can also apply.
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience of reputed organization.
Notes :
- Services will initially be on contract basis. Age limit 35 years (Reliable as per rules)
- Pay/ Allowances & Facilities
- Allowance’s as applicable under rules.
- Cadet College Allowance @ 25% of basis pay(For serial No.1&2).
- Furnished Bachelor accomodation. Family accomodation on availabality.
